I can’t fall asleep until 3 am. Sometimes, I tossed and turned all night. Fortunately,
I am a senior now so I usually can get up at noon. I can still sleep for 8
hours. But I think I can't continue to do this over time. Because I need to go
to work after graduation. Therefore, I have to try to adjust my biological
clock. How to do it? I found a good method. If I go to bed with sleeping mask,
I will sleep well. Because it let my body know it's sleeping time. I rarely
stay up all night now. In addition, I found that if I drink caffeine 3 hours
before going to bed, I can not fall asleep. So I can’t drink black tea at
night. These two methods are most suitable for me at the moment.
